From customised drawings to precision manufacturing and final inspection, we support your rotary airlock requirements throughout the production process.
Housing bores, flange faces and rotor bodies machined on CNC centres to the tolerances on the approved drawing.
Vane geometry, pocket volume and tip clearance produced and checked against the drawing before assembly.
Shaft, bearings, seals and drive assembled and aligned, with rotor rotation checked by hand before power-up.
Critical dimensions, runout, clearance and rotation recorded per unit; report supplied with the shipment.

Send a drawing, a STEP model, a sample photo or the existing valve dimensions, together with the material and the duty.
We check the interface, the rotor geometry, the material selection and the drive against what the valve has to do.
You receive a technical proposal with the drawing marked up where we propose changes, and a price against that scope.
Production is run against the approved drawing; critical dimensions are inspected and recorded per lot.
Packed to your incoming goods requirements, shipped, and supported with wear parts and repeat supply.
