Rotary Airlock Valve Manufacturer

OEM & Custom Manufacturing

Your OEM partner for rotary airlock valves

We work with equipment manufacturers to provide customised rotary airlock valves tailored to their designs, dimensions and application requirements. Whether you need a standard component, a customised configuration or a long-term OEM manufacturing partner, we focus on manufacturing flexibility, consistent quality and cost-effective supply.

Four ways we build for OEMs

01

Drawing-Based Customisation

Send a 2D drawing or STEP model and we manufacture to it: face-to-face length, flange drilling, rotor geometry, shaft extension and drive position all follow your document. Changes are marked up and agreed before production, never after.

02

OEM & Batch Manufacturing

Production runs are scheduled around your build programme, with the approved drawing frozen per revision and first-article approval before the first batch. Packaging and labelling follow your incoming goods requirements.

03

Material & Configuration Options

Carbon steel, 304 or 316L, with hard-facing, ceramic or replaceable liner at the wear points. Sealing and drive options are selected against your pressure regime and maintenance practice rather than a fixed catalogue.

04

Replacement Manufacturing

When the original drawing is gone, we work from a sample, a measured survey or photographs with key dimensions, and build a drop-in replacement with the same installation length and bolt pattern.

Why equipment manufacturers work with us

We are a workshop, not a trading company

Machining, fabrication, assembly and inspection are carried out in-house. That is what allows a drawing change to be discussed with the person who will cut the part.

Small and large batches on the same route

Development samples and series production use the same process route and fixtures, so the part you approved is the part you receive in volume.

Engineering feedback, not just compliance

If a drawing will cause a wear or leakage problem, we say so before quoting. You can accept or reject the suggestion, but you will not discover it on site.

Confidentiality as standard

Customer drawings, specifications and project details stay confidential. We do not publish customer names, logos or case studies without written permission.

What we need to quote accurately

  • Face-to-face length and flange pattern (or a note that it must match an existing valve)
  • Material handled, bulk density and required capacity
  • Operating temperature, pressure or vacuum at the valve
  • Drive preference: voltage, protection class, brand, mounting position
  • Annual volume and first batch quantity

The OEM process

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Drawing or model, material, duty, annual or batch volume, and the drive you intend to use.

  2. 02

    Technical review

We check the geometry against the duty, flag anything that will not work, and propose alternatives where they help.

  3. 03

    Quotation

Price against a defined scope, with the drawing revision referenced so there is no ambiguity later.

  4. 04

    Sample / first article

Where required, a first article is produced and dimensionally inspected before the batch is released.

  5. 05

    Batch production

Frozen drawing, lot traceability, dimensional records and packing to your specification.

  6. 06

    Repeat supply

Reorders run on the same route; wear parts are available as separately orderable items.
