Changzhou Lvqing Technology is a manufacturer specialising in rotary airlock valves for industrial powder handling and bulk material processing applications. We are based in Wujin District, Changzhou, in the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing belt.
Who we are
A focused manufacturer, not a trading company. Our work is rotary airlock valves, rotary feeders and the custom variants that equipment manufacturers need to fit a specific machine. We are small enough that a drawing change is discussed directly with the workshop, and organised enough to hold tolerances across repeat batches.
What we manufacture
Standard and drop-through rotary airlock valves, blow-through valves for pneumatic conveying, heavy-duty and wear-protected builds for abrasive minerals, stainless steel valves for corrosive and cleanable duties, and fully custom OEM valves built from customer drawings, models or samples.
How we work
Every order starts with the material and the duty, not with a catalogue number. Where a customer's drawing will cause a wear or leakage problem we say so before quoting. Production runs against a frozen drawing revision, critical dimensions are recorded per lot, and wear parts are supplied as separately orderable items so a valve can be rebuilt rather than replaced.
