Built to your drawing: non-standard geometry, integrated transitions and OEM batch supply.
Most of our production is not a catalogue item. Equipment manufacturers send a 2D drawing, a 3D model or a sample, and we build the valve into their machine: non-standard face-to-face length, an inlet transition that matches a hopper outlet, a motor mounted on the opposite side, a special paint colour, or a rotor profile developed for one particular material. This page describes how that works.
Geometry, flange pattern, transition hopper and mounting feet all built from your drawing or 3D model.
Vane count, pocket volume, profile and clearance set to your process requirement.
Shaft extension, keyway and bearing arrangement matched to your drive package.
Seal type selected against the material, the pressure regime and your maintenance practice.
Your preferred motor brand, voltage, protection class and mounting position, or our standard package.

Values shown are typical for this product family. Final dimensions, materials and performance are confirmed on the approved drawing before production.
Every valve in this range can be built to your drawing: face-to-face length, flange pattern, rotor profile, material grade and drive arrangement. Send your drawing and we will quote against it.
A 2D drawing or STEP model with the critical dimensions, the material to be handled, required capacity, the drive you intend to use and the annual or batch quantity. If you only have a sample, send photographs with a few key measurements and we can work from there.
Yes. We work under customer confidentiality for drawings and we do not publish customer names, drawings or project details without written permission.
A single first-article sample is possible for development work; production pricing is quoted by batch size. Tell us your expected annual volume and we will quote accordingly.
The approved drawing is frozen per revision, critical dimensions are inspected per lot and recorded, and the same process route and fixtures are used for repeat orders.
Send us your drawings or application requirements. Let us find the right solution for your equipment.
